Frequently Asked Questions
Specific information about who we are and what we do.

Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes, they are. We are a registered non-profit organization.

Is this a religious organization?

No, our focus is on procuring compassionate, lawful, and timely help to American citizen children with the assistance of other organizations and institutions that share the same goal.

Do you only work with Mexican immigrants?

No, we address the needs of any U.S. born children with an undocumented parent, regardless of their country of origin. Our focus is on the children.

Can I adopt a child in need?

When we use the word "adopt" we refer to a family or organization "adopting" the whole family to provide for the children to live in the U.S. during the school year so they can complete their education and provide financial assistance to the family in their native country.

We also ask that the "host" family/organization obtain the services of an immigration attorney to pursue legalization of the parent/parents. The goal is to ultimately re-unite the family in the U.S. in a lawful status.
